Disappointed

Though the information was accurate and marginally well organized, it could hardly be called comprehensive. The CD was an even greater disappointment! Minimal attention to detail and poor presentation. Would recommend the Person/Prentice Hall, 8th edition, "First Responder" by Bergeron and Baudour course as a much more comprehensive text, better organized and with a support CD that is superior in organization and presentation.
