I rarely read a book in a day. This book made me do that. A must read for folks who wants to differentiate themselves and be a game changer and ultimately help their company gain competitive advantage.

Burpp!!! The secret's out.

Brilliantly written, straight to the point ('fat free' sauce), with plethora of real life examples on how to gain competitive advantage in a fiercely competitive corporate world. The book gives you unadulterated ('organically' home grown) ingredients to challenge the status quo, think laterally and think out of the box. It's concise, yet comprehensive; make you think hard.
The author has done a seamlessly impossible job to explain the complex, convoluted, corporate conundrum, full of dynamically moving parts, in 12 simple ('digestible') ingredients. Read the book cover to cover and you are never to experience a second heartburn for being passed on for a promotion opportunity in your corporation.
A must read for anyone who wants to stand out from the crowd, wants to climb the corporate ladder, but is currently stuck at their workplace, rather it should be a mandatory reading (syllabus prerequisite) for executive management courses taught in a classroom setup across the globe.

3 Quick but Awsome points

1. I wish this book had been written 30 years ago and I wish it had been required reading for all of my peers. We all would have wasted less time, made more progress, learned more and had more fun.
2. Companies can’t navigate rapid change while drinking their own cool aid, fortunately, Corporate Awesome Sauce is the antidote for companies who are drunk on their own cool aid.
3. This book is like a compassionate kick in the butt to the benefit of anyone who has wasted time in meetings or bored people with spread sheets and Power Points, which means pretty much everyone in corporate America. Mr Etwaru, like a true friend, is vulnerable enough to show his own weakness and honest enough to help us see our own.
